The
Professionals! The
club I belong to only accept professional people,
though I must say some of them are terribly
boring. Do you have any such criteria? No we don't. All we ask is that people are clean, polite, and sociable. We have people from many walks of life, and some of our "non professionals" would outwit and out charm almost anyone! I think you'd find some very interesting people among them! |

Coupled Up?
What happens in your club
when people find a partner. Do they get
banned? We get many relationships forming, quite a few resulting in marriage. No, these couples are not barred, though their lives obviously take a different path, and quite often we don't see much of them. Some, however still visit us quite often. It's not only nice to see them still going strong, it serves as an inspiration to others, who might think their chances of romance are gone. |

Too Young?
I'm 23 years old. Looking at
your web site, everyone seems at least thirty, and
more. Do you have any members my age please. Although we accept any age,our members ages range from very late twenties to eighty, the bulk being in their 30's, 40's and 50's & 60's. |

I've tried
them!... I went to a singles dance at the
Lodge one Monday night, and found it not very
friendly. I paid a membership, and an admission
charge, and was left to get on with it. I wouldn't
go back, and it's put me off trying any other
clubs." What you went to was not a singles club in the way that we are. We also have a dances, but before you go there, we always suggest coming to a few club nights, when you will get to know others (promise), and then when you walk into the dance knowing quite a few faces there, you'll enjoy it all the more. |

Nervous...
"I've phoned yours and several other clubs, but
never plucked up the courage to go along. I don't
want to walk in and be the centre of everyone's
attention, even for a second! How can I conquer
this?" Three ways. With our club, you can come and see me during the day if you wish, see a few photo's, and ask any questions you might have. You'll find this makes all the difference, and you'll feel more comfortable with the idea of coming to our dances or parties. If you can't do that, I can put you in touch with another newcomer suffering similar problems. Then you can arrange to go together.
